The OHIP Bulletin 241204 outlines increases for Ontario Physicians in Fee For Service models, including Ontario specialist doctors of all kinds (Cardiology, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Respirology, etc.) and they outlines two sets of increases in compensation. The net result for Ontario docs is an over 13% increase in gross billing revenue until March 31st, which means it’s time to focus on billing and practice efficiency, and that it’s time Arbitration is finally compelling our provincial insurer to compensate doctors properly.
